Q:  When I groom my dog at home he ends up looking terrible. What am I doing wrong?

A:  Just the fact that you tried to groom your dog at home, for whatever reason, gives you grit. Give yourself some credit. There are so many areas of your dog that need detailing, without prior knowledge of where to look it makes it hard. In certain areas, if you cut the hair a certain way it makes the entire area look detailed. Detail is very important in dog grooming. When you detail a dog you make him look professionally groomed.
