I found that "How to groom your Mutt" was very useful at my dog grooming shop for newly hired employees. Starting with no previous experience, my new employees gained confidence and had a good understanding of dog grooming and what is required of them. This book is very clear and easy to follow. It also helped to prevent many accidents with my first time groomers. It is very clear, easy to follow, and I recommend it to anyone who grooms dogs.
